+ Hourly Services Include Deep Cleanings and Move-in/out Cleanings.

+ We recommend 1 labor hour per 250 sq. ft., but this is simply an estimate based on size and the timing can vary depending on the condition of the property.

+ The price will be adjusted to the total labor hours used to complete the cleaning unless otherwise specified in your booking notes. 

+ If you are on a strict budget, we recommend you add notes, in the Special Instructions section. While our team will do their best to finish, with your budget in mind, we cannot guarantee completion of the job if you are imposing a cut-off.

+ Labor hour is defined as 1 hour of labor per cleaner. 2 cleaners working for 2 hours would equal 4 labor hours. Simply multiply the number of cleaners by the hours they were in your home (2 cleaners x 2 hours cleaning = 4 labor hours).

+ The more labor hours you reserve, the larger team we will send so that your cleaning does not last all day. Depending on the size and requirement of the job, it could be all day in certain situations such as deep cleans or move out cleans.
